TV Stand  

This TV stand was designed to fit a large, old-school television that sat recessed within an existing wall cutout, with space below for entertainment equipment. To accommodate the layout, the structural legs were positioned back inside the recess while the more decorative legs extended to the floor.

Looking back, the steel bars wrapped around the legs were far thicker than necessary. They required a tremendous amount of heat and effort to bend, making the fabrication process much more time-consuming than expected. In the end, however, the extra work paid off, giving the piece its distinctive character and visual appeal.
